Histopathology:

Right distal tibia bone curettage:
Sections show a spindle cell neoplasm having a lobulated contour and exhibiting hypo and hypercellular areas in a chondromyxoid
stroma.
No mitosis/necrosis seen.
Spotty foci of calcification noted.
Features are consistent with Chondromyxoid fibroma.
